We will celebrate World Tourism Day (WTD) and host the International Conference on Community Service (ICCS) in 2024. This joint event aims to raise awareness about the importance of tourism and community service in international development. It will strengthen collaboration among academics, practitioners, government officials, and the community to develop a sustainable tourism sector and empower communities for a brighter Indonesia. 

Themes:

1. WTD: "Tourism and Peace" – Highlighting tourism's role in building peace and cultural tolerance.
2. ICCS: "Promoting World Peace Through Community Engagement in Sustainable Tourism" – Emphasizing community empowerment for economic and social independence.

Highlights:

• Keynote Speaker: Dr. H. Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, MBA, Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of Indonesia.
• Plenary Speakers:

  - Online: Rp. 50,000 (Indonesian) / 4 USD (International)

2. Presenters:

  - Offline only: Rp. 650,000 (Indonesian) / 45 USD (International)

Accepted papers will be published in the Jurnal Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (accredited SINTA 5). Papers that are outside the scope of tourism will be submitted to other multidisciplinary journals.
